Terms of Service

You agree to receive photos sorted and edited at the sole discresion of the photographer. All unedited files are the sole property of the photographer and will not be included in any final product received. All photos will be edited as seen fit by the photographer. We are not responsible for items out of our control (ie; blinking or eyes closed during photos, weather, etc.) Photos can be subject to online, advertising, marketing, and any other forms of media, press, and hard copy as the photographer sees fit. The client has full printing rights. If the client is to publish any photos taken by photographer in any media, professional or otherwise, credit is to be given to photographer. There are no refunds once photos are delivered via online gallery. If refund must be issued before gallery is delivered, client will receive their refund MINUS the non refundable booking fee. Client agrees to not re edit photos or alter them in any way. Any re editing, or use online without credit to the photographer is prohibited.

PRINT RELEASE

To whom it may concern,

I, Andre Seawood, on behalf of Authentic Memories Photography, give the beholder of this release permission to print images for personal use only. Images may not be altered in anyway. I cannot guarantee the quality of any image not printed directy from our own site. Cropping will result in some image quality loss. This release does not include use that will result in financial gain, including but not limited to: advertising, stock photography, print sale profits or resale of any nature. Authentic Memories Photography may revoke this license at any time and for any reason. By using any of these images, you are agreeing to the above terms.
